The Royal Wedding Cake 2011
Fiona Cairns produced an elegant eight tier fruit cake in white and cream, decorated with 900 symbolic flowers including roses, lily of the valley and apple blossom. The beautiful detailing also included the flowers of the home nations and architecural detailing of the Picture Gallery at Buckingham Palace where it stood.
